Hua Mei Garden is a marvellous dining experience, featuring an international buffet and authentic Cantonese cuisine, including dim sum and Shunde specialities. The restaurant serves an all-day feast in an elegant Chinese-style dining environment where you can watch delicious creations being prepared at the live market-style cooking stations. Signature dishes are Roasted Crispy Baby Pigeon, which won the "Shunde Specialty Gourmet Award" from local Travel Association and Fried Minced Pork and Leek Cake.
